Avante Care Management, LLC is seeking a Network Administrator to join their team. This role will be responsible for troubleshooting, installing, configuring and maintaining network needs on a large wide-area network for theorganization. The position will support users at main office and all other sites.

Successful candidate will have practical experience with hardware, software and networking setup and troubleshooting. This includes networking hardware, primarily UniFi, Sonic Wall, and Aruba.

Familiarity with Windows servers, O365, Synology, Active Directory and Group Policy is advantageous.

Additional responsibilities may include:

• Investigate and recommend purchases of hardware and software.
• Maintain documentation of hardware, software, network and users.
• Maintaining the various computer systems owned or operated by the company.
• Conferring with helpdesk, system admins, analysts or other team members as needed.
• Supporting management with IT requests and potential new implementations.
• Ensuring end users have proper resources needed to be able to work efficiently.
• Directing third-party vendors who may be involved in diagnosing and correcting system related issues and assisting with solutions.

Candidates must have great interpersonal skills, including responsiveness, friendliness and patience. Candidate must be a logical thinker, with ability be proactive in resolving problems and troubleshooting. The also should have excellent analytical abilities, project and time management skills, with ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.

Employees are cross-trained to support other team-members and other departments. The successful candidate should have the ability to accept other duties and tasks. Some travel is required.
