RESPONSIBILITIES
* Develop and cultivate strong buying relationships with our North American and European customers
* Deliver excellent customer service to ensure ongoing sales and a high level of customer satisfaction
* Perform outbound calls to promote our inventory, products, and services
* Utilize social media to educate customers and to promote partnership opportunities
KNOWLEDGE + SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
* 2 Year Degree, 4 year preferred
* Desire to learn about existing and new technologies
* Entrepreneurially spirited person with a natural skill for relationship development
* Self-driven, go-getter with the ability to learn at a rapid pace
* Minimum 2-4 years of experience in proactive selling and relationship management
* Organizational and multi-tasking skills are essential
* Familiarity with Social Media required, expertise preferred
* Knowledgeable with CRM systems (NetSuite/Salesforce) and Microsoft Applications
* Industry-recognized 10-year-old organization, growing at a fast pace
