Family in Tenafly is looking for a full-time, live-in caregiver for their two children, ages 5 months old and 3 years old. Typical hours are from Monday to Friday from 7:30am until 6/7:00pm with some time changes from time to time.
**Duties include:**
Assisting Mom, who works part-time. Getting Toddler ready for school. Engaging with the baby
while his brother is at school and both children after school. Preparing and serving simple meals to Children. Keeping kitchen clean, tidying up after the children, and maintaining the home daily. Doing Familys laundry. Taking out garbage and recycling. Occasionally doing bedtime routine. Cooking for the family a plus but not required.
**Ideal nanny:**
Ideal nanny has experience with and interest in babies and toddlers. They are willing
to maintain a clean and organized home and work as a team with Mother. Ideal caregiver is warm, loving, and hardworking. They have a positive attitude and are flexible, kind, and able to respect boundaries/personal space since they will be sharing a home. Nanny must be vaccinated, boosted, and Covid-conscious.
**About the children:**
This 3-year-old is loving, smart, clever, funny, and energetic. He is in school 5 days a week. His afterschool activities include dance, physical therapy, and speech therapy. This 5-month-old is a sweet, cute, happy baby. The children get along all the time.
**About the home:**
These parents are warm and loving. Mother is engaging, kind, emotional/sensitive (mental
health therapist), intuitive, and tries to have positive and calm energy. Father is funny, high energy, kind, hardworking, and will mostly be working. They believe in open communication (talking about feelings and consequences) rather than punishment. There are no pets in the home. Parents want someone to be like family rather than separate help.
**Benefits:**

for vaccinated/boosted nanny. Nanny quarters include private rec area, private bathroom, and furnished bedroom on the same level as playroom, sauna, pool, gym, and other rec space.
