From RightHand, a company specializing in digital talent attraction, we're collaborating with our client, an alliance of premium publishers from Latin America and Spain that offers a truly exclusive Hispanic audience in the United States, to help brands build efficient multicultural advertising strategies. We are seeking a Multicultural Sales Director in NY, with a high updated knowledge of the sector, a network of contacts, and who fosters meetings with key people for the company. This profile must have experience managing teams, be a self-sufficient, strategic, and organized individual capable of crafting their own proposals, creating a strategic plan for direction, and following through with its implementation.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of sales and account managers.
- Create and develop a sales action plan, a roadmap, and annual projections.
- Work hand in hand with the Marketing Director and oversee Sales and Account Managers.
- Generate leads to turn them into new business and clients by developing long-term relationships.
- Communicate directly with clients to determine goals, set parameters, and establish appropriate expectations.
- Educate clients on how programmatic advertising and the proprietary platform can contribute to campaign success, business goals, and overall digital strategy.
- Attend client meetings to understand partner goals and objectives and present new business opportunities.
- Attend marketing and digital advertising events to reach potential buyers.
- Retain and grow accounts by developing sales strategies and incremental tactics.
- Provide regular account updates, performance notes, and consistent reports to clients and internally.
- Work with AdOps and Analytics to provide clients with customized solutions, optimizations, and analysis.
- Develop and present post-campaign reports, articulating the data story into actionable insights and future recommendations.
- Identify, replicate, and accurately document product improvements.
- Develop a deep understanding of the internal process, team member responsibilities, and internal deadlines so that services can be delivered to clients accurately and efficiently.
Requirements:
- Experience in a sales role at an advertising/creative agency, publishing, or other media outlet.
- Exposure/utilization and understanding of the digital media ecosystem and advertising technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to cultivate deep relationships with clients.
- Resourceful, quick-thinking, and capable of effectively problem-solving both internally and externally.
- Ability to work in fast-paced and changing environments.
- Knowledge and experience in creative design, messaging, and marketing for brand KPIs.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
- Comfort with Excel and PowerPoint is essential.
- Excellent written and presentation communication skills.
