Responsible for bringing new products into production and ensuring all existing products continue to meet Richards quality and engineering standards.Reports to:Engineering ManagerResponsibilities: Support Production Manager (interface with production manager regularly) Coordinate process testing as needed (DSC, Dimensional Analysis) Design/implement production fixtures to assist production floor employees General production troubleshooting Responsible for ensuring standard operating procedures for the rubber injection molding floor are followed Analyze production processes and suggest/implement process improvements Ensure the product continues to meet design parameters and functional requirements throughout production (vendor or process changes) outlined by the ISO paperwork Conduct other required functional testing when necessary and record results per ISO paperworkWork Hours: M-F: 1p-10pMinimum Educational Qualifications (If Applicable): Four-year engineering degreeMinimum Previous Experience (If Applicable): Not necessaryMinimum Additional Training (If Applicable): Company s Quality Management System ISO 9001:2015 awarenessOther Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. An innovative and motivational mentality. Excellent management, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. Confident and goal oriented.
