Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Microsoft System Engineer at Bell Works in Holmdel, NJ. In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and system administration, providing technical support to end-users in a timely and efficient manner, and ensuring that all IT operations are aligned with company business objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Information Technology (IT) principles and practices
• Experience in troubleshooting and system administration
• Technical support skills, including providing end-user support
• Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange and Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and as a team player
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Relevant industry certifications, such as MCSE or MCP, are a plus
