Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced MES-MOM (Manufacturing Execution Systems - Manufacturing Operations Management) Delmia Apriso Business and Techno-Functional Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support in the implementation, configuration, customization, and optimization of Delmia Apriso solutions to meet the unique needs of our clients. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of business acumen and technical proficiency, with a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and operations.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and objectives, and translate them into MES-MOM Delmia Apriso solution designs.
- Lead the implementation and deployment of Delmia Apriso solutions, including system configuration, data migration, integration with existing systems, and testing.
- Provide expertise in configuring and customizing Delmia Apriso functionalities to address specific client needs and optimize system performance.
- Conduct training sessions for client teams to ensure effective utilization of Delmia Apriso solutions and promote user adoption.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Delmia Apriso, staying updated on the latest product features, enhancements, and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, and developers, to deliver integrated solutions that align with client objectives.
- Perform troubleshooting and issue resolution for Delmia Apriso implementations, addressing technical challenges and ensuring system stability.
- Support pre-sales activities by participating in client meetings, conducting product demonstrations, and contributing to proposal development.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including functional specifications, configuration guides, and user manuals, to support Delmia Apriso implementations.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements related to MES-MOM solutions, and incorporate relevant insights into client engagements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 4-5 years of experience working as a consultant or analyst in the implementation and support of MES-MOM solutions, with a focus on Delmia Apriso.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and operations, with hands-on experience in industries such as automotive, aerospace, consumer goods, or electronics.
- Proficiency in configuring and customizing Delmia Apriso functionalities, including Process Builder, Global Process Manager, Plant MPI, and Quality Intelligence.
- Experience with integration technologies and protocols commonly used in manufacturing environments, such as OPC, PLC, SQL, XML, and web services.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and team members at all levels of an organization.
- Analytical mindset with a problem-solving orientation, capable of identifying issues, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing timely solutions.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as needed for project engagements and support activities.
- Certifications in Delmia Apriso or related technologies would be advantageous.
