Requires licensure in NY or have a compact state licensure or able to easily obtain or are close to obtaining NY licensure. Salary based on Licensure and years of experience. WILL CONSIDER NEW MASTERS GRADS/UNLICENSED CANDIDATES for lower salary. Sign-on bonuses potentially offered!

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Engages child/family in a comprehensive assessment of strengths/needs of a child and family.
- Provides evidence-based individual, group and family interventions entirely in school settings.
- Develops treatment plans based on assessment of need.
- Provides individual/group/family/therapies.
- Facilitates crisis intervention services as clinically needed.
- Meets or exceeds 60% billable direct service.
- Complete collaborative documents as required by state/federal guidelines and agency policies and procedures.
- Collaborates with all school personnel.
- Participates in staff meetings and continuing education activities.
- Performs other duties as required.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Master's in mental/behavioral health, or social work is required.
- Licensed as LMSW, LMHC, LCSW or LCSW-R in NY is preferred.
- Strong clinical and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to easily work with children/families.
- Previous experience providing psychotherapy (at least one year).
- Works flexible hours to meet the needs of families (M-F days, no on-call and no weekends).
- Valid NYS driver s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to coordinate services in different schools.
- Ability to work independently.
