Med-Scribe, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Therapist (LMHC, LCSW or LMFT) for a full-time position based on the eastside of Rochester. This role presents a unique opportunity to shape and expand ADHD services within a prestigious institution, blending clinical expertise with program development to enhance specialized care for those with ADHD.
In this role, you'll closely collaborate with the Assistant Director, providing expert guidance for ADHD assessment and treatment. You'll serve as a vital resource for team clinicians, manage complex cases, conduct thorough assessments, craft personalized treatment plans, and lead clinical discussions and planning sessions.
The position offers a full-time schedule, Monday to Friday, with flexibility for shifts ranging from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM or 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, and one evening shift, typically on Thursdays, from 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM. Following training, you'll have the option to work from home up to 2 days per week.
Compensation is competitive, ranging from $57,595 to $80,600 annually (LMHC, LMFT, LCSW, LCSW-R), with excellent benefits including health and dental insurance, extensive paid time off, tuition assistance, and retirement programs.
Candidates must hold licensure as an LCSW-R, LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in New York State prior to employment.
