Salary: $17-19 per hour
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm (5 days in-office)

Responsibilities:
- Track, sort, and scan medical records
- Update client lists and maintain efficient document storage
- Perform clerical tasks such as typing, filing, emailing, and proofreading
- Ensure confidentiality of personal and financial information
- Prepare and ship records to physicians using various mailing sources within specified timeframes
- Gather and organize charts for examinations and depositions
- Maintain electronic and/or hard copies of charts and medical report forms
- Ensure completeness of charts and eliminate duplicates or unnecessary documents
- Promote effective utilization of clinical resources and supplies
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations regarding patient confidentiality
- Proficiency in computer skills required
Requirements:
- Minimum one year of related experience or equivalent training
- Experience in a medical office preferred but not required
- Comfortable working in a cubicle setting within an office environment
