With our recent acquisition of MaxDelivery, the longest running delivery service in Greater New York City, were looking to expand our portfolio brands. This opportunity will focus on the expansion of this brand operating independently with the backing of a publicly traded company.

The marketing team is a dynamic group of storytellers, analyzers, creators and relentless brand champions. Were looking for a MaxDelivery Brand Marketing Manager who will play an integral part to our overall growth and will support strategic efforts to pioneer innovative ways to drive both acquisition and brand awareness.

****You** **will****:****

* Support strategic integrated brand marketing campaigns that stretch through the line

* Assist in creating and executing brand awareness and growth marketing campaigns across digital, print, and new media channels

* Lead offline channel performance optimization and above the line media buys to achieve KPIs

* Establish and manage all aspects of a Brand Equity Tracker, and extracting meaningful insights to positively impact our brand, working closely with attribution, research and external partner

* Work closely with analytics and reporting to help institute an attribution strategy for brand building marketing efforts

* Liaise with creative and media agency partners, fostering best-in-class and highly productive agency partnerships

* Work collaboratively with teammates responsible for retention and loyalty, partnerships, paid media, creative, content, design, analytics & insights and integrated communications

* Support all branding initiatives including brand governance

* Integrate closely with other critical functions such as Merchandising, Technology and Operations

* With the head of brand, lead all planning initiatives and execution of strategic priorities

****Requirements:****

* 5-8+ years of brand marketing experience with direct experience in above the line channels, analysis and integrated marketing; digital experience a huge plus

* Experience in e-commerce, the startup space and/or a lifestyle brand (either in-house or at an agency)

* An integrated marketing mindset and excellent understanding of the interplay between offline and online

* Experience with assessing, managing and tracking above the line marketing campaigns

* Experience with lift analysis, brand tracking and offline channel assessment and measurement

* Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written

Salary Range: $80,000-100,000 + equity
