The Marketing Sales Associate will have a strong background in data analytics, and the ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies through data analyses and lead generation. This role will involve market research, data analysis, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive successful marketing campaigns and enhance the overall market positioning of our commercial real estate lending products along with sales teams.The Marketing Sales Associate will report to the Director of Product Marketing and will have to provide financial and analytical support services to the business leadership team. The Marketing Sales Associate will need strong writing and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into a compelling narrative. Attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude are essential to this role. The ideal candidate will be a resourceful contributor to the team, who can work independently, operate in a fast-paced environment, take direction, and multi-task under tight deadlines.Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging opportunities for lead generation and prospecting campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze competitor activities, market positioning, and marketing strategies to identify ways to differentiate in areas of market share opportunity.
  • Work with the Office of the COO for quarterly reporting on joint venture relationships and new business initiatives.
  • Develop reports and presentations summarizing competitive insights to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Measure the effectiveness of marketing and communications programs and strategies, output, ROIs, productivity, and satisfaction effectiveness in delivering objectives.
  • Create data-driven recommendations to optimize marketing campaigns and lead generation.
  • Pull comprehensive client reporting through industry data platforms.
  • Compile and present the results of analyses to business leaders and marketing directors. Maintain clear communication with various stakeholders across the organization.
  • Create, maintain, and update spreadsheets including pivot tables and dashboards.
Experience, Skills, and Abilities Required:
  • Minimum of 4 years experience, ideally at a financial services company or real estate finance company.
  • A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited College or University.
  • High proficiency in PowerBI tools, PowerApps, and Salesforce
  • High Proficiency in data research tools and ability to analyze and interpret data to inform strategies.
  • Exceptional time management skills, including the ability to manage schedules and deadlines for multiple projects.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office Suite Applications. Reliable self-starter who can initiate and keep multiple projects moving forward simultaneously.
  • Problem-solver who uses critical thinking skills to prioritize and effectively deal with high-pressure situations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

The specific compensation that will be offered is based on an understanding of the hired candidates' qualifications at the time of hire. Employees are eligible for a discretionary bonus based on employee work performance reviewed during the annual review process.
