The OpportunityAs an early Marketing hire, you will work directly with the founding team to develop canonical messaging, drive audience insights, and increase awareness, activation, and adoption of ModernFi's products and capabilities. You will have impact and responsibility from day one, identifying opportunities to create company + product momentum and bringing together stakeholders across the company to build compelling campaigns that drive consideration and differentiation in the market. - Craft compelling company and product narratives, differentiated positioning, and resonant messaging
- Hands-on capability to create a range of marketing assets, including sales enablement, lifecycle campaigns, blogpost, event keynotes, etc.
- Work to position and present content in front of key prospects and the larger ecosystem using a variety of channels (digital, conferences, etc.)
- Weave together market dynamics, customer needs, and products to create comprehensive go-to-market strategies
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the firm - especially domain experts, product + engineering, and business development - to distill insights and empower team members with the materials they need to execute at a high level
- Maintain a high level of organization around marketing content and campaigns, and further marketing best practices (metrics, analytics, attribution, exposure, etc.)

About You
- Experience working in marketing, product marketing, content strategy + execution, or branding in finance, banking, or technology
- Track record of strategizing and executing on high-quality, compelling product and company positioning and messaging across multiple channels
- High level of organization and professionalism, and comfort with data-driven marketing practices
- Ability to handle nebulous problems and shifting priorities with flexibility, patience, and skill
- Excited by the prospect of life- and career-changing work in a startup environment
- High EQ, trustworthy, and calm under pressure
- Interest in financial systems, markets, technology, and banking
