Position Description RubiconMD is looking for a Part-time Marketing Generalist to join our team in supporting RubiconMD's marketing initiatives. We're seeking someone eager to contribute to multi-channel marketing within the healthcare industry on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will support both offline and digital initiatives across a variety of marketing projects. This role will be responsible for assisting in the creation of marketing communications, deploying content across owned and paid channels, as well as supporting in-office logistics out of our Midtown NYC office.   • Work with the VP of Marketing, and marketing team members on a broad array of projects
  • Research related to tactical marketing projects, healthcare marketing, and target audiences
  • Content auditing, editing, revisions, and support with asset management
Events and Webinars
  • Assist with the coordination of virtual and in-person conferences and events
  • Execute promotional plans for events, inclusive of web, social, blog, email, and print collateral
  • Assist in drafting and coordinating webinar/presentation content
  • Research relevant industry events for our target audiences
  • Support with planning, sponsorship, etc
Social Media and Website
  • Help create and post compelling and relevant visual and written content reflecting RubiconMD to social media channels
  • Scheduling social media posts every month with respective creative and copy via Hootsuite
  • Schedule targeted social media advertisements across LinkedIn and Meta Business Suite
  • Work with team members to collect and review social media analytics to gauge and/or improve the effectiveness of social media strategies
  • Support copyediting and posting of blog content on the RubiconMD website through Wordpress
Email
  • Draft email copy and build emails in Marketing Cloud Templates
  • Manage email calendar and deployment scheduled in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Support A/B testing and analytics
Desired skills and experience:
  • Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, or similar certifications
  • Experience with event planning or similar project management experience
  • Familiarity with managing a content calendar, social media platforms, and scheduling
  • Coursework in digital marketing or familiarity through self-guided online learning
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, plus a passion for marketing
  • The ability to multitask and flexibly balance competing priorities and timelines
  • Experience working with the following tools; Asana, Hootsuite, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn Ads
Compensation The hourly rate will be between $40-65/hr. Compensation for the successful candidate will be determined by the candidate's unique combination of knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience. This is a contract role for 6 months.
