Make an impact
As a Marketing Associate, you will manage and develop our marketing footprint including digital combing your knowledge of the web, email campaigns, and social media publishing with your business acumen to make impactful marketing contributions and tell Bridge's story. You will work with a small, dynamic group of driven professionals responsible for conceptualizing and implementing a superior client experience for those that touch Bridge, whether as a first impression or after years of being an investor. Our primary marketing touchpoints include responsibility for the BIG website, conferences, events, public relations, and social media platforms. You will have the opportunity to take ownership of and drive innovation, design, and experience across our digital footprint.

You should be highly motivated, energetic, and creative, with proven experience developing and delivering digital content across multiple platforms. You will be a skilled communicator able to work with senior executives and take ownership of the organization's digital marketing strategy with an eye on always trying to raise the bar in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Compensation for this role is $145,000 - $155,000 + Bonus
