E-Commerce Marketing Associate
The Clear Cut is a leading direct-to-consumer natural diamond engagement ring and fine jewelry company. We are seeking a talented and driven E-Commerce Marketing Associate who is passionate about fine jewelry to help us ensure our position as this generation s jeweler for life.
The E-Commerce Marketing Associate position is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact while developing a diverse set of new skills. The ideal candidate is willing to attempt to solve problems that haven t been solved before.
The E-Commerce/ Marketing Associate will be responsible for project managing our tech and shopify teams, supporting the development and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales via social media, email marketing, and e-commerce.
The position will report directly to The Clear Cut s CEO. This is a full-time in-person position at our NYC offices.
What You ll Do:
* Work intimately with the tech team to spearhead new projects and launches
* Work intimately with the marketing team to ensure brand voice is reflected in all initiatives
* Collaborate with the marketing team in the creation of marketing materials such as website content, product descriptions, and promotional materials (Photoshop and Figma experience is highly preferred)
* Create/Manage engaging and timely content for social media channels
* Track and react to KPIs to inform future strategies and campaigns across a variety of channels (Google, Meta, Klaviyo, TikTok, Pinterest)
* Coordinate, manage and execute influencer/brand events and product launches
* Analyze trends and client data to inform marketing and branding strategies
* Optimize website and e-commerce platforms to drive traffic and conversions (Previous Shopify experience is a MUST!)
Who You Are:
* 1-3 years of experience in marketing, branding or a related field
* Backend Shopify Experience
* Willing to learn new skills and dive into projects you do not have experience with
* You are intellectually curious and aren t afraid of a challenge
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
* Experience with email marketing platform Klaviyo and social media platforms is a plus (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube)
* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
* Able to work 4 days a week in Midtown Manhattan.
