Title: Marketing & Communications Manager

Status: FT, Exempt

Salary: 90k/Annually

Job Summary:

The Marketing & Communications Manager will oversee all marketing, public relations, and internal communication efforts for Konar Properties and its various entities. This position will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand visibility and public image, driving engagement, and generating commercial and residential leads through both printed and digital media, as well as occasional event planning.

Internal communications will consist of enhancing the Company's corporate culture through regular promotion of our Values, Mission and Vision Statements, regular company-wide updates on important initiatives and achievements, and other internal messaging as directed.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years' experience required in marketing and social media management.
• Minimum 4-year college degree, or at least 10 years industry experience required.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices for content creation, engagement, and community management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinker with a passion for visual aesthetics.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe, Canva), web design and social media management platforms is a plus.
• Team player who thrives on diverse tasks and challenges
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and marketing principles is desirable.
