Job Description:

Our client, a well-known insurance group, is looking for a freelance Integrated Marketing Analytics Manager to join their team starting ASAP through the end of the year, 40 hours per week.

**Please note this role is hybrid onsite 2 or 3 days per week in Manhattan, Stamford or Holmdel, NJ.**

The Integrated Marketing Analytics Manager will play a key role on the Enterprise Marketing team, responsible for organizing and managing campaign analytics across multiple lines of business. You'll work with cross functional teams to build out campaign reporting, web engagement, content reporting, and SEO efforts. Specific responsibilities include:

- Managing analytics for 15-20 cross-channel campaigns

- Providing actionable insights and analysis for marketing initiatives across channels, contextualizing results and recommending ways to use past success for future campaigns

- Reviewing existing reports and dashboards and create new ones

- Creating success measurement benchmarks and defining KPIs

- Ensuring website features and events are appropriately tracked within tracking tools; support ongoing tagging needs

- Distilling information, sharing trends, and providing creative insights that can be leveraged for content

- Coordinating production of bi-weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports and dashboards.

- Partnering with key leaders in paid and owned media to curate reports

Desired qualifications for the Integrated Marketing Analytics Manager include:

- At least 5+ years of marketing analytics experience in insurance or financial services-related industries

- Proficient in Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Tag Manager; Search Console and Ahrefs is a nice to have

- Proficiency in website analytics and conversion rate optimization (Google Analytics, A/B testing)

- Expert knowledge of using Excel for large data sets & understanding of web analytics KPIs

- Strong collaborative partner able to successfully work in a matrixed organization

- Knowledge of integrated digital campaigns
