Robern, a Kohler Company, is looking for dynamic, dedicated manufacturing associates to join our operations team!
**What we offer:**

- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00am- 3:30pm
- Weekly pay schedule
- Paid holidays annually after 30 working days of employment

- Qualified applicants will have the ability to perform duties at a fast pace. Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Assembly and packing of cabinets, mirrors, vanities and light fixtures
- Ability to follow manufacturers specifications, while applying knowledge of production methods
- Ability to cut, punch or saw in accordance to specific measurements and instructions
- Ability to check parts for tolerance compliance and quality standards

**Skills/Requirements**
- 18+ years old
- Ability to communicate effectively for manufacturing production processes
- Basic reading and computer skills
- Ability to follow all safety policies and procedures
- Reliable attendance and work performance
- Successful completion of a drug screen and background check
