Responsibilities
Strategic & Operational Leadership:
- Assist in developing and executing the agency's overall strategic vision and goals.
- Identify opportunities for growth, expansion, and diversification of services.
- Oversee the daily operations of the agency to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Implement processes and systems to optimize workflow and resource allocation.
- Drive continuous improvement in operational performance.
- Develop systematic methods for acquiring and leveraging competitive intelligence throughout the organization.
Team Management:
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a high-performing team of digital marketing professionals.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.
- Provide opportunities for growth and development, while mentoring and inspiring employees to unlock their full potential.
- Contribute and proactively manage talent plans. Assess, hire, on-board, and grow role-appropriate talent.
- Remove barriers to enable team outcomes.
Client Engagement:
- Ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention by maintaining strong relationships and monitoring key performance indicators.
- Inspire the team in the development and execution of effective digital marketing strategies.
- Stay abreast of trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
- Offer strategic guidance and valuable insights for marketing campaigns.
- Oversee the optimization of client websites for search engines within the team.
Financial Management:
- Develop and manage client budgets, ensuring financial objectives are met.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, implementing adjustments as needed.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience both in digital marketing and leadership.
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role within a digital marketing agency.
- Strong background in digital marketing strategy and implementation.
- Demonstrated success in driving business growth and achieving financial targets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies.
- Ability to navigate a fast-paced and evolving industry.
