Reuveni is seeking a Managing Director.
This position will provide an exciting opportunity to work on notable real estate development projects alongside REUVENI s clients, which include some of New York City s top property owners, developers, financial institutions, and investment firms. The Managing Director will work closely with the CEO to manage day-to-day operations including oversight of the firm s corporate management team and sales projects. Responsibilities:
Corporate Operations 40%
Serve as chief administrative and compliance officer and alternate broker of record for the firm.
Work with CEO to establish corporate objectives and policies and ensure standards are met.
Lead weekly all-hands meeting and touch base meetings with all departments including CEO, Research & Planning, Marketing, Operations, and Sales Managers.
Maintain executive oversight of project timelines and resourcing, advising the CEO on necessary growth plans as needed.
Manage the entire employee lifecycle inclusive but not limited to staffing, onboarding, recordkeeping, compensation, benefit administration, performance management, employee engagement, employee relations, and separation/termination.
Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommend best practices.
Oversee management of third-party contractors/vendors to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
Assist CEO in oversight of company expenses and obligations including AP/AR, invoicing, payroll, insurance policies, etc.
Oversee operations personnel including office management and executive assistant.
Understand evolving business needs and leverage platform to solve challenges.
Sales Oversight & Administration 30%
Oversee overall performance and success of new development sales portfolio / inventory.
Produce and maintain sales agreements and monitor key dates and obligations.
Liaise with developer clients, capital institutions and equity partners, property managers, legal teams, etc.
Provide overall guidance and direction to Sales Manager(s) and on-site sales teams in all areas including project timelines and milestones, developer communications, inventory control and strategy, prospect and broker relationship management, transaction management, on-site operations, and staffing.
Lead internal and client facing strategy discussions and oversee implementation of resulting action plans, delegating and assigning projects and tasks appropriately when necessary.
Ensure that on-site sales operations meet company standards and client expectations.

Lead the Branding & Marketing team to provide a best-in-class, client-focused experience throughout the new development process.
Research & Pre-Development Planning Oversight & Administration 5%
Lead the Research and Planning teams to provide a best-in-class, client-focused experience throughout the new development process.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate has a proven track record of managerial and sales excellence in the New York City residential real estate industry.

Compensation for this position is anticipated to consist of base salary + bonus. This structure will be commensurate with experience and the potential to originate new business.
