The Role

We re creating a collaborative team of dedicated attorneys, caring leaders, and an innovative platform to change how people think about legal care forever. Marble is a reliable foundation when life is in motion. We practice family law on a pay-per-service basis.

We are looking for a Managing Attorney who wants to lead and manage Marble s Family Law practice in New York. We are innovating how the law is practiced and we re looking for an individual with an entrepreneurial mindset to help us in our efforts. This role will be responsible for ensuring that Marble delivers quality legal service. You ll lead, collaborate, and manage different teams to ensure you are meeting monthly goals.

About You

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
• Licensed to practice law in New York
• 7+ years of experience, in and out of court, with Family Law matters
• Excellent written and oral communication and organizational skills
• Willing and able to work and collaborate remotely
• Preferable to have solid experience in management

About the Role

• Monitor legal work of 100+ attorneys to ensure quality performance
• Work with and help build cutting-edge technology
• Quickly jump on situations to address any concerns regarding the quality of performance and service
• Communicate frequently with team members regarding various areas of the business
• Provide expertise and advice on various topics surrounding the practice of law
