Our client, a remote full service concierge that provides global coverage for procurement/retrieval/storage of devices, is actively looking for a Manager, IT Sourcing & Procurement to join their team in Midtown! This role is onsite 3 days a week so local candidates are required.

This client is looking for someone who has experience with IT hardware reselling, is well-versed in vendor management, is passionate about managing a team, and thrives in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment!
Responsibilities
- Partner with the company's VP, Operations to implement a quality program to hold vendors accountable to the highest level of service delivery excellence
- Evaluate and formalize new vendor relationships to ensure business continuity in existing regions, while also enabling expansion into new regions
- Be the primary escalation point to triage all procurement related issues
- Implement creative solutions to reduce procurement related escalations across all regions
- Partner with Product & Engineering to improve the company's platform over time, while also implementing stopgap solutions to solve for immediate-term needs
- Develop, monitor, and maintain KPIs that best demonstrate the performance of the procurement function
- Evaluate end-to-end procurement workflows and implement process improvements in order to maximize service delivery excellence
- Align procurement operations to industry best practices while also thinking outside the box to implement creative solutions where needed
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years pf experience directly managing vendor relationships
- 2+ years of experience managing a team
- Direct experience working with ERP systems (Acumatica a plus)
- Experience with ABM & Autopilot enrollment preferred
- Prior experience managing or facilitating the resale of IT assets
- Strong communication skills
