As Operations Manager you will lead the charge in optimizing logistics and supply chain functions across the Americas for both ocean and air services. Responsibilities:
- Lead impactful initiatives in a pivotal role driving operational excellence.

- Identify and implement process improvements that benefit the organization, employees, and clients alike.

- Manage budgets and oversee the ocean and air import/export teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in logistics and supply chain management operations leadership, specifically within ocean and air import and export.
- Working knowledge of industry regulations, laws, policies and best practices.
- Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in logistics and supply chain management software.
- Strategic thinker that can develop and implement new initiatives.
- Ability to work and manage in a fast-paced environment with competing deadlines.
