Summary

In this newly created Manager of Incentive Compensation (IC) opportunity, you will take on the lead IC role for the US Marketplace/Salesforce for a growing and expanding midsized Specialty Biopharmaceutical Company with multiple important FDA Approved novel therapies to treat Rare Diseases. You will have many opportunities to make significant contributions to IC strategies, research, processes, technologies and more in this highly-visible impact position. You will join and become a member of a small established team of accomplished pharmaceutical industry professionals that have extensive sales, commercial and business analytics and insights experience that will help you to continue to learn, grow and develop your career.

Qualifications and Skills

- BS/BA with 5+ years of experience working with commercial pharmaceutical/biotech data

- MBA/MS with 3+ years of experience working with commercial pharmaceutical/biotech data

- Strong IT/Technical skills to conduct in-depth data research/queries, data manipulation & reporting etc.

- Experience working with pharmaceutical/biotech commercial data resources, e.g., IMS and others

- Experience with salesforce incentive compensation strategies, research, queries, administration

- Effective communication skills

- Strong project management/organizational skills

Hybrid Work Arrangement

Onsite 2 to 3 days per week at the NJ-based HQ
