* Implement best practice processes to increase efficiency, manage risks and safety.

* Promoting sustainable tactics for long-term cost management

* Manage central services including security, cleaning, catering, waste disposal, and parking

* Reduce or overcome effects of weather-related events and natural disasters

* Conduct and documentregular facilities inspections and spot checks.

* Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and industry codes.

* Manage and review service contracts to ensure facility management needs are being met

* Prepare and track budget, monitor expenses, and payments with related reports and reviews.

* Advise and monitor energy efficiency, ensure security of the facility and respond to alarms and system failures.

**A quick rundown of the job** Our warehouse distribution centers across the country are hopping, orders are coming in for delivery and we need to bring our critical and common area facility maintenance in-house. As the onsite owner of all common area and critical refrigeration systems, you will ensure our teammates work in a safe, comfortable, productive and sustainable facility. **Shifts** As a critical function to the success of our grocery operations and delivery services, we will need you on-site Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Shopping Website!!!* **What you will be doing here** **What we need from you** Ability to own the routine schedule maintenance and trouble shooting of commercial refrigeration, power, waste and common area systems. We are a fast growing online retail start-up, the work is fast and we rely on each other to help with challenges and those all too often surprises that come up. **Dont forget the requirements**

* Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Facilities Engineering, or related field.

* Certifications in commercial refrigeration, mechanical systems, waste management, construction, or related fields.

* 5+ years of work experience in a warehouse, distribution, big-box retail, or related management role

* Must be proficient with Microsoft Office and Google products
