**What You Will Do:**
* Order entry/support for Major Account clients
+ Review customer order line items, and review related detail
+ Confirm and communicate any order exceptions (out of stock, shortages, delays)
+ Recommend a course of action regarding order exceptions (back order, suggest substitutes)
+ Monitor inventory levels and communicate new or unusual item movement, low inventory levels, etc. to the purchasing department
+ Process and coordinate special orders as needed
+ Work with the vendor program administrator on pricing and communication
* Sales support
+ Respond to client inquiries and questions as needed (availability, pricing, etc.)
+ Assist with the coding of order guides, RFP bid requests
+ Assist with the sourcing and communication of vendor item specifications
* Act as a back-up daily sales report representative in the event a sales representative is absent
* Responsible for daily sales report activities while covering for absences, including sales order entry, invoice management, product credit management, A/R activities, etc.
* OGS
+ Input all OGS orders for the distribution of government commodities.
+ Work with OGS clients and PFS associates to coordinate item quantities and shipment dates
* Assist with the processing of manufacturer coupon rebate programs in support of outside sales and the PFS client base.

* Highly organized
* Strong communication skills in multiple mediums (phone, email, IM, etc.)
* Ability to multi-task and manage deadlines in a calm, professional manner
* Independent and highly self-motivated
* Technology Microsoft Office suite with emphasis on Excel, Enterprise Caf, SalesNet / TargetNet, Microsoft Teams, Asana
