Role

As a Maintenance Technician (also known as Plant Maintenance Specialist, Machine Maintenance Technician), you'll be responsible for planning and performing a wide variety of maintenance tasks to ensure proper plant and machine operation. This includes diagnosing and solving CNC, mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues. You'll also coordinate preventive maintenance schedules, troubleshoot machine issues, and ensure conformance to OSHA safety and health requirements.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of electrical control systems, such as Mitsubishi, Fanuc, and other CNC control systems, AC/DC servo drives, automated machinery, ladder logic, PLC.
• Experience in creating preventive maintenance plans and troubleshooting industrial automation equipment.
• Proficiency in PLC troubleshooting skills, electrical schematics, electrical troubleshooting skills, and hydraulics.
