We value work-life balance and offer an extensive benefit package.We are currently hiring a Maintenance Supervisor, to work in our Housing Office. As the Maintenance Supervisor, you would be responsible for:
  • Oversight of the physical assets, general maintenance, unit turnovers, preventative maintenance and construction or rehabilitation projects
  • Have knowledge of electrical, plumbing, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, carpentry, painting, dry wall, and other building systems
  • Implement procedures for maintaining a safe, sanitary, and comfortable environment
  • Supervision of maintenance technicians
  • Respond to sites in the event of an emergency to provide direct relief or to arrange and monitor the activities of a contractor
Maintenance Supervisor Minimum Salary: $58,500.00 annuallyMaintenance Supervisor Maximum Salary: $58,500.00 annuallyMaintenance Supervisor Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm, on-call shifts may be requiredQualifications:
  • Vocational/Technical School and/or training
  • 3-5 years of experience
  • Valid NYS Drivers License
