As the Maintenance Supervisor, you would be responsible for:
- Oversight of the physical assets, general maintenance, unit turnovers, preventative maintenance and construction or rehabilitation projects
- Have knowledge of electrical, plumbing, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, carpentry, painting, dry wall, and other building systems
- Implement procedures for maintaining a safe, sanitary, and comfortable environment
- Supervision of maintenance technicians
- Respond to sites in the event of an emergency to provide direct relief or to arrange and monitor the activities of a contractor
Maintenance Supervisor Minimum Salary: $58,500.00 annuallyMaintenance Supervisor Maximum Salary: $58,500.00 annuallyMaintenance Supervisor Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm, on-call shifts may be requiredQualifications:
- Vocational/Technical School and/or training
- 3-5 years of experience
- Valid NYS Drivers License
