Position Details:Title: Maintenance SupervisorLocation: Franklinville, NY (Initially work at Cuba, NY facility as new facility is completed)Shift/Schedule: 2 Positions on 1st, 2nd and 3rd ShiftsCompensation: $70-95k + bonus (~8-10%)Benefits: 401K, MED/DEN/VIS and Employee Stock Option PlanRelocation: AvailableOpenings: 6Position Description:As a Maintenance Supervisor you will supervise and schedule the maintenance of all plant systems. In addition, the Supervisor will supervise preventative maintenance program and coordinate work that is contracted to outside companies.Requirements:Associate s degree/higher or equivalent military training4+ years of maintenance leadership experience in military or post military manufacturing experienceAny experience with ammonia refrigeration systems/PSM is a plus but not requiredAble to coach, mentor and develop team members while maintaining a high level of morale
