This is a hands on role with management of multiple supervisors, mechanics, and other union workers. - Oversees approximately 3 maintenance supervisors, 30 mechanics and porters
- Maintains the preventive maintenance programs
- Aids the maintenance management team in performing diagnostic troubleshooting
- Monitors quality of repairs
- Oversees building and physical plant repair issues
- Maintains porter schedule to maximize cleaning effectiveness of plant and machinery
- Adheres to safety programs
