Strativ Group are currently partnered with an exciting AI/Fintech startup who are using Generative AI to transform the world of financial intelligence. They are looking for a Machine Learning Engineer to join the team to drive innovation and shape the AI roadmap.

Your responsibilities will revolve around developing cutting-edge solutions leveraging Large Language Models, enhancing machine learning infrastructure, and creating AI agents tailored to revolutionize the finance industry.

We are looking for individuals with strong startup experience for this role, ideally who have been an early AI/ML hire at a seed/Series A startup and who have been responsible for building from the ground up

Key skills/experience required:

-> Strong experience in Machine Learning Engineering - 3+ years exp

-> Startup experience and building from 0-1

-> Knowledge of LLMs and related technologies

-> Hands-on experience w/Deep Learning frameworks

-> Strong Engineering background and knowledge of Cloud/Containerization technologies
