M&A And Private Equity Associate

An Amlaw top 50 firm is currently seeking a 3rd or 4th year associate to join their market-leading M&A and Private Equity team.

This role is open to their US offices, and membership to the State Bar of the desired office location is required.

A hybrid work schedule is available as standard and experienced associates can work 100% remote.

The billing requirement is 1950 hours, with many non-client billable matters that can count towards the minimum.

Requirements:

• The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of Mergers and Acquisitions and Private Equity experience in a major law firm.
• Membership to the State Bar of the office of the state in which the candidate expects to be located is required.
• Candidates must hold a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Candidates must be highly motivated, possess excellent academic credentials, exceptional verbal, and written skills along with superior communication skills.
