Job SummaryWorking as the Logistics Manager drafts and manages standard operating procedures to ensure the proper implementation or management of developed BOH operating systems including prep lists, station setup lists and diagrams to ensure operations fit Google food program standards. This position oversees the opening of new units and current BOH administrative, operational, and culinary tasks, including setup and launch of new cafe BOH operations. This includes transfer of knowledge of concept, menu, and culinary systems and sanitation and safety standards throughout the BOH team.This position also motivates, trains, develops and directs the back of house employees to achieve the objectives of the operation to the satisfaction of the customers, clients, and Restaurant Associates.
