Responsibilities Work from established procedures, written and/or verbal instructions. Basic Microsoft office knowledge and skills Functional AS400 knowledge and skills. Good Communication skills both written and verbal. Prepare necessary shipping documents Follow prescribed safety and GMP regulations Maintain necessary records. Multitasking Self-Motivated Maintain work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition. Basic Math, Reading, Writing Skills Report all quality and maintenance problems to your Supervisor. Label and Prepare Customer orders to Customer Specs. Confirm routing for all orders through Berry transportation system Work with customer routing system to prepare orders for pickup with proper carrier Commit orders in to maintain FIFO picking as well as efficient picking Work with and maintain inventory controls. Maintain Company Confidentiality policies. Operate Copier, Fax, Scanner, Printer and minor maintenance on them. Shipping and Receiving knowledge and skills. Responsible for selecting jobs to be printed using AS400, including all shipping documents. Coordinate the work flow on the floor for picking orders daily Work with plant and floor to get hot trailers unloaded in a timely manner Maintain appointments with carrier's and prepare orders to be pulled and ready for appointments Organized to manage multi systems throughout the day. Work with Seal for Life team and warehouse to coordinate shipment of their orders Perform other duties as required or directed Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Previous shipping and Receiving experience Must have excellent attendance Maintain a safe work environment Must be able to work overtime as required Must be able to perform all duties in a safe and effective manner. Ability to read and write.
