Responsibilities:
Source new business through networking, meetings, telesales, and canvassing
Develop, manage and maintain existing relationships with mortgage brokers, attorneys, accountants and other real estate professionals to generate future business opportunities
Liaise with in-house counsel and borrowers on active deals
Evaluate and underwrite real estate (will train)
Tour real estate
Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in investment or residential sales, real estate lending or related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
