Live-in Home Care Needed For My Mother

We need live-in home care to take care of my mother. She had a stroke and has some paralysis. My father lives in the home too and can take care of himself, but cannot be my mother's soul caregiver. We would prefer someone who can handle light housekeeping including laundry and some meal prep. Assistance with bathing is one of our requirements. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker, comfortable with pets and CPR / first-aid trained. Our live-in caregiver will have a private bedroom and full bathroom.
