Job DetailsWe are seeking a highly skilled Litigation Attorney to assist our legal team. This is a long term contract/interim position that offers outstanding benefits.Responsibilities:
- Assist in representation of clients in insurance defense litigation matters
- Conduct legal research and analysis of legal issues
- Prepare and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
- Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals to develop case strategies
- Manage a caseload and ensure deadlines are met
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in the state
- 8+ years of experience in insurance defense litigation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Able to work onsite.
