Mid to Senior Level Litigation Attorney - Financial Services - New York
Our client is a major Am law 100 firm, seeking an attorney for its Financial Services Practice in New York. This position compensates between $225,000-$290,000 annually.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in commercial, securities, and/or financial services litigation.
- Ability to handle substantial commercial disputes in federal and state court and/or arbitral forums [which includes drafting pleadings, brief writing, motion practice, handling discovery and daily management of cases].
- Experience with securities litigation, arbitration and/or or enforcement matters is preferred.

- Excellent communication and advocacy skills.
- New York bar admission is required.
- Strong academic credentials.
