Excellent research (knowledge of Westlaw) and writing skills mandatory. Applicant must have experience in taking and defending depositions, motion practice and have argued motions and appeals. Trial experience desired but not required. Salary between $120,000 and $150,000, commensurate with experience. The position is expected to be hybrid with time in the office as needed.
