Your Role:

Associate Commercial Litigation

• Handle a wide variety of commercial litigation cases, including conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, and providing comprehensive legal analysis.
• Prepare and argue motions, attend court hearings, and visit clients.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop effective legal strategies, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our clients
• Maintain accurate case files, documentation, and communication, ensuring efficient workflow and compliance with firm policies.
