Litigation Associate Attorney-White Plains
Prominent White Plains law firm is seeking to add an associate to their specialized defense practice involving the firearms industry and tox tort matters (asbestos/talc cases. The right individual has keen interest in or working knowledge of firearms and ammunition, with the ability to litigate a variety of matters involving the firearm industry, including product liability, commercial business disputes, general liability, and/or other interesting litigation matters. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of litigation experience. Courtroom and deposition experience as well as a working knowledge of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and the NY CPLR are necessary. Excellent research, investigation, and writing skills are required. The firm offers a competitive salary and benefits. Short walk from the Metro north train station in White Plains.
