Consumer Additions are proud to be partnered with one of the leading lifestyle management brands globally to source for them a Lifestyle Manager.

They offer bespoke concierge services to their private members across the globe. These services range from making reservations at exclusive restaurants, to planning events and experiences at the most prestigious venues globally.

In this role, you'll be the key liaison for your clients and will be at the forefront of curating the incredible experiences.

As a Lifestyle Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Unearthing and securing remarkable travel, hotel, and restaurant experiences.
  • Mastering an array of concierge tasks, from daily needs (like locating a child's violin) to extraordinary requests, such as discovering private islands and sourcing luxury items.
  • Crafting unique client presentations through diligent research.
  • Assisting in managing exceptional events and projects.
  • Building bridges with suppliers and forging new, exciting connections.

  • Proficiency in software tools like Salesforce, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • A genuine interest in travel and lifestyle management.
  • A passion for or experience in social media is a definite plus.
  • A track record of at least 2-5 years in roles such as PA/EA, concierge, or the broader lifestyle industry.
