An ideal candidate for this position will have 4-6 years of M&A and equity and/or debt finance experience with private and public companies, hedge funds, private equity funds and other investors. Attorneys in this group also act as outside general counsel to clients advising on corporate governance, legal compliance, including SEC regulatory and stock exchange requirements, and risk management. Qualifications:
4-6 years of general corporate experience
