HealthCare Recruiters International is currently seeking an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) in NY. The LNHA directs day to day business activities in accordance with company policy and current federal, state, and local standards. LNHA must show previous demonstrated experience in a hospital, long term care facility, or other healthcare related facility
LNHA will ensure Quality assurance including Hipaa compliance
LNHA will be attracting, hiring, disciplining, and if necessary, dismissing staff
LNHA will work autonomously under the supervision of the Director of Operations
LNHA will support a 180 Bed clinical structure within the community
LNHA will join a non-profit setting that has a wonderful reputation within the community and great retention within the team
LNHA will meet all financial objectives
LNHA will work with the Director of Operations to set long-term goals, and participate in providing optimal Survey results
LNHA will be responsible for maintaining census and building census as needed
LNHA will ensure clinical excellence, environmental safety, and appropriate medical care
Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) Requirements:
Licensed Nursing Home Administrator.
Leadership and supervision skills.
Healthcare facility experience.
Ability to make independent decisions.
Effective communication skills.
Positive attitude towards older population.
Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) Requirements:
Bachelor s Degree
1-2+ Years as an ADMIN of 150+ Bed Facility
Licensed Administrator
NHA license required
3-5 years of Nurse Supervisor experience in SNF / LTC / CCRC
1 3 years of strong interpersonal and customer service skills and can manage a strong team
Strengths as an active listener, conflict resolution, census building, and compassion

$113 $140K DOE
