Job Description:

Trustpoint.One is pleased to partner with a New-York based, mid-sized law firm with an international presence, in its search for a Receptionist. This is a direct hire, full-time role, and is on-site out of the Firm's Midtown NYC offices.

If you enjoy regularly interacting with different people while offering exceptional customer service in a professional but collegial setting, this might be the opportunity for you! This is a highly visible role and extremely strong communication skills and professional demeanor are a must.

In this role, the Receptionist's responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • handling busy phones while maintaining an active reception area;
  • providing a courteous and welcoming demeanor while greeting clients and visitors;
  • coordinating all aspects of conference rooms (from being the expert on each room's features to overseeing the food ordering);
  • keeping daily attendance records for all personnel;
  • communicating with IT and Administration personnel as needed; and
  • assisting with office staff with various projects, upon request.
  • All candidates must be able to work at a computer screen for a sustained amount of time.

The ideal Receptionist will be an effective communicator who is comfortable taking initiative and who can be flexible and work well under pressure.

This position offers a salary range of $40,000 - 50,000, commensurate with experience plus excellent benefits and growth potential!!
