We're working on a unique new opportunity for a junior private funds or corporate attorney who is interested in an in-house role with a funds advisory firm. Our client specializes in providing fund placement, secondary advisory, and GP capital advisory services to private equity, private infrastructure, and private debt fund managers. You would be the second lawyer in the US and would work on a variety of legal issues in conjunction with the US business and legal teams.
This client has a social and collaborative atmosphere and sees their in-house lawyers as true partners to the business. It is a hybrid in-office role in their midtown office, and it is a role that will not include significant after hours/weekend work.
