Job Description
Duties: Work schedule Hybrid- NYC in office 2-3 days per week.
Junior legal counsel or paralegal is responsible for managing various operational and legal risks across the Mizuho Americas group of companies.
The legal data specialist is responsible for inputting and reviewing terms in proprietary data systems. Experience in data input and financial industry documentation and data projects preferred. 2-3 years' experience in financial industry.
