Looking to make a lateral move? This Amlaw top 20 Firm is seeking a Senior-Level Leasing Associate to join their prestigious Real Estate team.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a minimum of 8 years experience from an Amlaw or well-known real estate firm.
• Candidates must have extensive experience and demonstrated success in drafting and negotiating commercial leases (with an emphasis on retail and industrial leases).
• Must be admitted to the New York bar.
• JD from an accredited law school is required.
• Qualified candidates should have strong academic credentials and a willingness to accept responsibility.
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills are essential.
• Ideal candidates will have excellent academic credentials, strong communication and client service skills, as well as the ability to multi-task and manage their time to meet deadlines and complete projects.

This roles offers excellent compensation and above market performance-based bonuses, as well as a comprehensive benefits package. This is a hybrid role with some flexibility surrounding the billing requirement.
