Summary:

The Lease Servicer performs routine loan servicing administrative task. Processes payments, disbursements, changes, and other transactions. Verifies the completeness and accuracy of documents. Performs calculations for distributions. Monitors escrow payments and tracks delinquencies. Researches customer and internal inquiries and delivers a response or solution. Maintains required electronic files and system inputs.

Job Responsibilities:

* Provides escalated support for member service calls from members, branches, call center and third parties regarding lease accounts

* Researches and responds to member complaints regarding their lease accounts

* Processes payments received from members and dealers to lease accounts. Verifies payoffs

* Assists in the development of new departmental procedures

* Processes total loss proceeds received from insurance companies and files GAP claims with vendor

* Responsible for posting Residual Value to lease account

* Researches all residual value general ledger discrepancies identified

* Processes all Lease Extensions received from vendor

* Acts as a point of contact for Auto Finance company. Responds to email and phone requests for remaining payments, outstanding late fees and updated contact information.

* Assists Auto Finance company with title maintenance requests by utilizing the Dealertrack title maintenance platform

* Perform other duties as needed upon request from immediate supervisor

Education & Experience:

* High school education or GED required

* Minimum one year lease servicing experience required

* Knowledge of DNA preferred

* Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job

* Loan Servicing | Payment Processing | Transaction Monitoring | Loan Software

Good Faith Salary Range for this position: $22.25 - $26.00 hourly.
